Clear fees, no surprises
One flat fee for every type of session, direct billing to most insurers, and a free first call to see if we’re a good fit.

Direct billing
I bill these insurers and programs directly, so in most cases you won’t have to pay up front and wait to be reimbursed:
- Manulife
- Canada Life
- Sun Life
- Green Shield Canada (GSC)
- Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)
- Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB)
- PCVRS
- Desjardins (TELUS eClaims)
- Johnston Group (TELUS eClaims)
- Manion (TELUS eClaims)
Coverage varies from plan to plan, so it’s worth checking how much your plan covers per session and per year for a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT).
Payment
I accept e-Transfer and credit card. If your insurer isn’t on the list above, I’ll give you a receipt you can submit for reimbursement. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, by email or phone. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee, which insurance generally doesn’t cover. See the full cancellation policy.
